so which one is the best?
From all the best diet plans out there the best one is the one that’s right for you of course.
Whether you’re looking to lose a lot of weight or even just trim down and tone up a bit, what’s stopping you from having the body you want? For many of us it’s lack of motivation combined with lack of willpower (I’ve always thought that should be “won’t power” haven’t you?)
The fact that carrying extra pounds is not good for us – our joints, major organs etc all suffer – should be enough motivation shouldn’t it?
Or the fact that we will look so much better when we’re at our optimum weight and will feel more comfortable when our clothes fit without pulling in all the wrong places should also be motivation enough.
So why is it so hard to stick to a diet to lose weight and then stick to a healthy eating plan to maintain that weight?
Well I’m not an expert so I don’t really know the answers to those questions I just know that it’s hard because I’ve been there!

OK, I know those last three words may strike fear into the hardiest of souls but maybe you could start out by just adding just a little bit of exercise at a time. Hey! It’s better to do just a little bit that to do nothing, right? You’ll soon be able to add in a little bit more, maybe climb an extra flight of stairs once a day for the first week and then add something else the next week and build up slowly.
Make it a project and take it one step at a time. Many people fail because they set goals that are unrealistic and they just give up before the magic starts to happen.
